Jim Bradford

Principal and Senior Energy Consultant at Mesa Point Energy.He has substantial expertise in the design and commissioning of HVAC systems, monitoring of commercial and industrial energy using systems, energy use modeling and simulation, and the development, use and evaluation of engineering algorithms and techniques.

Jim has designed and overseen the implementation of numerous rate-payer funded DSM programs, energy performance contracts and performance measurement and verification programs for both public and private entities. He holds a PhD and MS in Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University.
