Kevin Warren

Principal and founder of Warren Energy Engineering. Kevin has performed M&V for performance contracting projects and in the evaluation of energy efficiency projects incentivized through public-benefits-funded energy efficiency programs.

On EVO’s behalf, he participated in the American National Standards Institute's (ANSI) Energy Efficiency Standards Collaborative and in efforts by the North American Energy Standards Board to create national standards for the calculation of energy impacts. Kevin was recently part of the team revising the M&V protocols used by Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and is a member of the Technical Advisory Group for NREL's Uniform EM&V Methods Project (UMP). He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states.
