Lia Webster
Principal at Facility Energy Solutions, Ms. Webster is a Professional Engineer (PE) and a Certified Commissioning Provider (CCP). Ms. Webster graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and has over 25 years of industry experience. She specializes in leading energy-focused research projects, conducting trainings, commissioning existing buildings, and performing measurement and verification of energy savings.
She is a long-term member of the IPMVP’s Technical Committee and author of other M&V guidelines. Her background includes implementing utility programs, developing performance contracts, and designing HVAC systems. Ms. Webster is currently working with LBNL and others to develop an Application Guide for IPMVP on ‘Advanced M&V’ issues, due out in 2020.
