Eric Snelling

As Manager of Measurement & Verification, Eric Snelling has worked for BC Hydro, a crown corporation, since 2009 supporting a wide range of utility demand‑side‑management initiatives. His expertise includes M&V of energy efficiency and electrification projects, DSM program evaluation, DSM potential reviews, greenhouse‑gas analysis, and development of utility M&V standards and analytical tools. Previously, Eric worked as a consulting engineer designing commercial, industrial, telecommunications and data centre facilities, as well as in product engineering roles with a large electrical equipment manufacturer. Eric is a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP®), a Performance Measurement & Verification Analyst (PMVA™), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM®), and a Professional Engineer registered in the province of British Columbia. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management (Electrical Engineering) from McMaster University.
