Paul Calberg-Ellen

For the last five years, Paul Calberg-Ellen has led projects and technical development in building energy auditing, energy performance contracting and environmental certification. He currently works for a French NGO which provides energy efficiency and renewable energy services mainly for the French public sector. He has served as co-leader of an expert group at the French normalization organization AFNOR developing a French reference guide on M&V. He holds a masters degree from ESPCI-ParisTech, a masters degree from Mines-ParisTech in energy management and is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP).
