Christopher Seeley

Christopher has over 20 years of experience in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in the Asia Pacific Region. He spent 6 years with the Clinton Foundation’s Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI), based in Bangkok managing the Energy Efficiency Building Retrofit Program across 10 countries in Asia.

Christopher is the CEO of Climate Change Solutions (CCS), an ESCO in Thailand, and has been directly involved in developing, delivering and financing Energy Efficiency projects in Asia for over 15 years. He has also been extensively involved in policy and program development with the public sector and, has been involved in establishing financing mechanisms to support this sector.  

He sits on the board of the Thailand ESCO Association and has been a consultant in this field for several global and regional development organizations such as The International Finance Corporation (IFC), The Asian Development Bank (ADB), The French Development Agency (AFD), and the German International Cooperation (GIZ).
