Jim Zarske

Jim Zarske is a licensed PE, CEM, LEED AP and is currently a Senior Project Manager for Nexant. He has over 17 years of engineering experience with a focus on building energy efficiency and sustainable design. He has experience working with a variety of projects and clients including utilities, municipalities, government, commercial and industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, grocery stores, new construction, and residential. Jim has worked with numerous utilities around the country providing implementation and design services for various programs within their DSM portfolio. His project experience also includes energy auditing, energy modeling, commissioning, retro-commissioning, measurement and verification, and HVAC design. Jim holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a M.S. in Building Systems Engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder.
