EPS Capital Corp

EPS Capital Corp. (EPS Capital) is a privately-owned consulting and energy efficiency (EE) project development and finance company that has developed, implemented and/or financed hundreds of EE Project in over 10 countries since being established in the USA in 1998.  EPS Capital emanated from a group of international Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) starting in 1982 that were partially owned and operated by its seasoned management team, Thomas K. Dreessen and Bruce K. Colburn.  EPS Capital now focuses on providing EE capacity building (i.e., training & certification), and EE project-based technical development and finance services to EE professionals, ESCOs, financial and governmental institutions in Indonesia, the Philippines, and other countries where the EE industry is constrained by limited finance, technical and commercial capacity.
