EVO has established the IEEFP Repository, actual case studies that demonstrate various aspects of implemented energy efficiency projects including technologies, best practices, savings and costs, M&V, financing, implementation and other agreements and guidelines. These help bridge the global knowledge gap between funding sources and their financing of energy efficiency projects. The IEEFP provide guidelines for Local Financing Institutions (LFIs) around the world to evaluate and finance energy efficiency and savings-based renewable projects (Energy Savings Projects). En France, le Club S2E, en partenariat avec l'Agence française de l'environnement et de la maîtrise de l'énergie (ADEME), a développé un Guide introductif sur la mesure et la vérification de la performance énergétique. Ce Guide, strictement conforme à l'IPMVP, est destiné aux Maîtres d'Ouvrage et aux personnes désireuses de comprendre les grandes lignes des M&V et de l'IPMVP, au travers d'une présentation et d'un exemple. Le Club S2E s'est également investi dans la réalisation d'une douzaine d'exemples de Plans de M&V, tirés de cas concrets dans l'Industrie, le Bâtiment et les Infrastructures. Les résultats de ces travaux ont fait l'objet d'une conférence de Presse le 5 février dernier, à Paris, à laquelle ont participé des représentants du Gouvernement français et de l'ADEME. Le Guide introductif est en cours de traduction en langue anglaise. Il sera prochainement publié sur ce même site.

Certified M&V Professional (CMVP) Certification Incentive - Up to $1000 - The Ontario Power Authority’s guidelines for electricity distributors and users in reporting energy savings under custom financial incentive programs in Ontario, Canada. It references IPMVP methods while recognizing the limitations in many practical situations. It defines minimum requirements where measurement may not be practical. [Date added: 12 April 2013]
The NSW Government developed the Measurement and Verification Operational Guide to help M&V practitioners, energy efficiency project managers, government program managers and policy makers translate M&V theory into successful M&V projects. While the Guide was developed by the NSW Government mainly to support M&V of energy savings from projects receiving government assistance, it can also be used as a valuable M&V resource for other projects. The Measurement and Verification (M&V) Guideline for Energy Efficiency and Demand-Side Management (EEDSM) Projects and Programmes The M&V Guideline was developed for the energy efficiency and demand side management programme of the national utility, Eskom, in South Africa. The guideline adopted IPMVP as the official M&V protocol that all projects need to adhere to. The purpose of the guideline was to inform all stakeholders on the position of M&V within the programme, M&V process within the programme and the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders.
