EVO is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the District of Columbia and is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. EVO’s Directors are selected to reflect diversity and geographic representation, with the objective of securing Directors representing a geographic and demographic cross-section of users of EVO Protocols. The property, affairs, activities and business of the Corporation are be vested in its Board of Directors and the corporation has no members.
