Rensair was founded on hospital-grade air purification technology combining HEPA filtration and UVC treatment, supplying portable and fixed air-purification systems to healthcare, commercial, education and senior-living clients. Building on this indoor-air-quality expertise, Rensair delivers Smart Demand Control Ventilation (SDCV): an HVAC optimisation service that reduces unnecessary ventilation, fan and outdoor-air conditioning energy in commercial buildings while maintaining indoor air quality, supported by the Rensair Cloud monitoring platform for continuous indoor air quality and device monitoring.
Rensair quantifies the energy impact of its SDCV projects using the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP), principally Option C (Whole Facility) with weather-normalised baseline regression models built on utility billing data and site weather data. Current M&V work includes whole-facility electricity and natural-gas models across a portfolio of senior-living facilities in the United States, with M&V prepared and reviewed in-house.
